This page explains what information Bar-B-Q King collects through BBQ King's website, why, and what happens to it. This site does not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to enter into one of our forms:
- Contact form: name, email, subject, and message.
- Catering inquiry form: name, phone, email, event date, guest count, and your selected menu options.
- Careers form: name, email, phone, availability, and message.
- Newsletter signup: email address only.
We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not require you to create an account or log in to use this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through a form is emailed directly to BBQ King staff so we can respond to your inquiry, quote a catering order, follow up on a job interest, or (for the newsletter) send occasional updates about specials and news. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it.
How it's handled
Form submissions are sent via email through Resend, a third-party email delivery service, and land in BBQ King's inbox. This website does not maintain its own database of your information — once a submission is emailed, it exists only in that email and isn't separately stored by the website itself.
Analytics
This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic (like how many people visit and which pages they view). This tool does not use cookies and does not track individuals across other websites.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted, or unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time, by calling (704) 735-1112 or emailing barbqkingnc@gmail.com.
